Seminar details (conflict resolution, stress reduction):

The first part of this program deals with the attendee’s psychology and why difficult people tend to aggravate.  Source material is drawn from Locke’s “blank slate” theory, Covey’s “begin with the end in mind” philosophy and Michael’s “Hmmm” idea that suggests we “find something we like about people we don’t like.”  We’ll also discover the secret of stress-reduction by practicing the liberating philosophy known as “you can’t hurt me.”  As a bonus, learn Michael’s “5 Cool Ideas for Diffusing an Angry Person.”

The second part of this program contains Michael’s famous animal chart that identifies life’s most challenging personalities.  Developed during his 1995 speaking tour in Africa, Michael gives you the name of each difficult animal and its respective alias.  He also identifies each animal’s characteristic traits and provides effective strategies for dealing with each animal.

Highlights of the chart include, the Bull (Micro-manager, Intimidator), the Fox (Sniper, Passive-aggressive), the selfish animal known as the Pig (Time-waster) and the most evil, vile animal of all -- the pessimistic, negative, Rat.  A “who’s who at the zoo?” is included in Michael’s “Effective Coaching” audio program!
